Meet Our CEO

Tshegofatso Dludla, a woman who has defied all odds and emerged as a true force to be reckoned with. Born in Taung in the North West province and raised in Pretoria, Tshegofatso, also known as Tshego is an Electrical Engineer graduate from Tshwane University of Technology. She wears many hats – a devoted wife, a loving mother of three children, and an unstoppable powerhouse as the founder and CEO of Robosteam Train.

While tutoring high school students’ math and science with her husband, she realized that they don’t have any interest and they don’t understand why they have to do it. In addition, they have a negative attitude towards the subjects. Thus, the Tshala Foundation was formed in 2018, an NPO that used coding and robotics to enhance children’s learning skills. This led to the birth of RoboSTEAM train. The company was founded to focus on primary school children and to equip educators with the skills to keep up with the 4IR curriculum.

While RoboSTEAM train is still in early stages, Tshego believes that over the next five years, RST will be in the forefront of coding and robotics education and products in Africa as we are in the process of creating our own educational aids and applications! 🚀
